Government awarded the perlite mining rights to our factory in 2004, at that time we only sell raw perlite sand. In the year of 2008 we have perlite slag remover factory, we built two set perlite preheating furnace to produce perlite slag remover. Our factory’s perlite in liaoning province by geological mineral exploration bureau third laboratory test analysis, analysis of the results: sio2 content is 73%, al2o3 content is 12.95%, Ti2o3 content is 0.9%, C content is 0.03%, Tio2 content is 0.085%.Our perlite expansion Coefficient is

 up to 18 times,and unexpanded(“raw”)perlite has a bulk density around 1200 kg/m3 (1.2 g/cm3), while expanded perlite has a bulk density of about 130 kg/m3.

From the geographic distribution of China perlite, our perlite mining district is located in China's largest storage capacity and the best quality regional. So the quality of our perlite is in the forefront of China. We have very convenient traffic conditions and very close to the Jinzhou /yingkou/dalian/tianjing port.

Since 2004, We engaged in perlite excavation, mining, and the deep processing of perlite. We have 4 perlite ore grinding equipments, and daily output is 200 tons. We product perlite particles of various sizes which can be used to do the expanded perlite, Closed cell perlite, perlite deslagging agents. Secondly,  our perlite deep processing plant have two sets of perlite expansion furnace equipment, daily output 100 tons, the production of perlite slag remover. Our company have 50 people for year round production, welcome new and old customers come to inquiry and visit our factory!

Our perlite mineral is the best in the three northeastern provinces of China, so very suitable for further processing. Currently, our company are focusing on research the new perlite deslagging agent :Blum-C, which’s performance ratio will be much higher than Japan's Ishikawa Cleaner agent.
